Learn MoreA colonoscopy is a terrifying thought. The staff at Texas GI Endoscopy Center are experts in this business. All the nurses, (Hey Jordan), techs, front office staff and even the doctors (Dr. Seif, Walter & the anesthesiologist) were fantabulous with their bedside manner. I was so confident they would take care of me after meeting them all. The entire team operated like a well oiled machine. I was able to put all my fears aside and let them do their job. And they did just that! I also appreciate the cleanliness of the facility. The whole experience was much better than I expected. Keep up the good work!!!
Staff caring and helpful, thank you! Communication in scheduling and follow up could use improvement.
You know I was not sure to do it or not. But my experience was a 100% plus positive. Instructions were black and white. The chemicals to clear guts were well explained. I followed to the letter. All went well. Appt on time though may be a heavier blanket would have kept me warmer as the office is at 64. Loved the gut colored pictures. All was well explained by the nurses and the MD. From the front office, nurses, the doctor, thank you from the bottom of my heart.
